We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef at the Dalmeny Park House Hotel. The role itself will be primarily to support the Head Chef and assist in the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen.
Our Junior Sous Chef will be confident in all areas of the kitchen department. You will be responsible in assisting the Head Chef in effectively managing the brigade and ensuring the quality of food meets RAD Hotel Group standards and meets current Food Hygiene laws. You will be organised and have a keen eye for detail.
The successful person will look like:
- Previous experience in high volume and fast paced kitchen will be highly beneficial
- Previous experience at Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level
- Creative with eye for detail
- Organised and good time management
- Good communications skills
- Passion for food
