We’re looking for an all rounded Duty Support Manager to support the effective operation of the hotel by delivering exceptional customer service and leadership to all colleagues and guests respectively.

You will need to be an effective communicator, a hands on and approachable leadership style and a passion for delivering a first class customer journey. You will be extremely organised and be able to implement and support company standards.

The role is a full-time, 45 hours working week. Any hours worked over and above the 45 hours are paid at your normal rate of pay.

What you’ll need.

• Previous experience in quality hospitality establishment
• Previous supervisor or management experience
• A background in either restaurant or banqueting beneficial
• Excellent communications skills
• A strong motivator
• Positive attitude and extremely customer focused
• Hands on approach
