We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support the effective operation of The Royal Hotel by delivering excellent customer service and leadership to all colleagues and guests.

Working closely alongside the hotel’s Operations Manager, the successful will be a vital part of the hotel’s operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel. As Assistant Operations Manager, you should be a strong communicator who can lead from the front. A professional and enthusiastic attitude should inspire colleagues to work to the best of their ability. You must be comfortable and competent at dealing with guest queries and complaints in a professional manner and have a great understanding of providing consistently exceptional service.

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience of managing in hotel or similar quality of venue
  • Excellent communications skills written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate a team
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Demonstrate a track record of managing a successful operation in the hospitality sector
