We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to effectively assist in leading the Restaurant Team and efficient running of the restaurant at Carlton Hotel. You’ll be tasked with ensuring we deliver on RAD’s service standards and positive customer feedback whilst ensuring we drive cover and revenue targets.
And as such as Assistant Restaurant Manager you will ensure that all guests receive an exceptional experience within the Restaurant. You will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and an ability to motivate your team. Customer service will be at the core of what you do and ability to lead, motivate and inspure a team. Our Assistant Restaurant Manager’s passion for customer service will help ensure we meet and exceed our guests expectations.
What you’ll need.
- Previous experience in supervising or managing a team
- Previous experience in similar quality of restaurant or hotel
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Keep up with industry food and drink trends
- Be self motivated and able to motivate and develop a team
