Banqueting Manager

We are seeking a Banqueting Manager at Seamill Hydro Hotel & Resort. As Banqueting Manager you will support the successful day-to-day running and execution of weddings, conferences and private dining events. This will be a hands on role, leading the conference and banqueting team to ensure the highest levels of service to all guests. You will be involved in recruitment, training and leading your team to ensure your team are well equipped for each event. Working in collaboration with our managers to ensure we cater for all guests requirements and dealing with a wide variety of challenges head on and seeking for opportunities to resolve every issue to full satisfaction
