Our Chef de Partie will be confident in taking charge of their designated corner of the kitchen. You will be tasked with mentoring and developing junior members of the team. You will be organised and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring all food leaving the kitchen is to the highest standard to meet and exceed guest expectations.

What you’ll need.

• Previous experience in a kitchen producing high volume and fast paced will be highly beneficial.
• You will be an excellent communicator and displaying passion for the industry is essential.
• A form of professional cookery qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
