We’re looking for a Bar Team Member the Carlton Hotel. Reporting directly to the hotel’s management team, you will be tasked with service of beverages to guests.

And as such as part of the service team you will be enthusiastic and willing to learn all aspects of service within the hotel. Primarily the role will be in food service in Logan’s Restaurant or at functions within the hotel. The role may also involve making various cocktails, coffee’s and other beverages. .

What you’ll need.

• Must be 18 years old or over due to current licensing laws
• Previous bartending experience beneficial but not essential
• Excellent communications skills
• Positive and “can do” attitude
• Professionally presented
