Full-Time (40 Hours)
We’re looking for a Duty Manager to support the effective operation of the hotel by delivering exceptional customer service and leadership to all colleagues and guests respectively.
You will need to be an effective communicator, a hands on and approachable leadership style and a passion for delivering a first class customer journey. You will be extremely organised and be able to implement and support company standards. As Duty Manager, you will be involved with support the efficient running of all departments within the hotel.
What you’ll need.
- Previous experience in quality hospitality establishment
- A background in front of house and/or food and beverage
- Excellent communications skills
- A strong motivator
- Positive attitude and extremely customer focused

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the facility
- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all departments
- Supervise and support staff members in their roles and responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff members
- Prepare reports on facility operations, including attendance, revenue, and customer feedback
Skills:
- Excellent leadership and management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and demands
