We are looking for an all rounded Duty Support Manager to support the effective operation of the hotel by delivering exceptional customer service and leadership to all colleagues and guests respectively.

You will need to be an effective communicator, have a hands on and approachable leadership style and a passion for delivering a first class customer journey. You will be extremely organised and be able to implement and support company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest services and satisfaction
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high hospitality standards
• Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance dining experiences and service quality
• Utilise strong communication skills to liaise with guests and staff effectively
• Working across all areas of the hotel including restaurant, conference and banqueting, reception and others where required

What you’ll need

• Previous experience in quality hospitality establishment
• Previous supervisor or management experience
• A background in either restaurant or banqueting beneficial
• Excellent communications skills
• A strong motivator
• Positive attitude and extremely customer focused
• Hands-on approach
