We’re looking for an Operations Manager to ensure the effective operation of Seamill Hydro Hotel & Resort by delivering exceptional customer service and leadership to all colleagues and guests respectively.
Reporting to the General Manager, as our Operations Manager, you will have a hands on approach and lead from the front. You will responsible for rota’s and manning costs, as well as ensuring we are hitting GP’s in liqour. You will be responsible for the hotel management team and ensure they lead and develop all employees. As well as this you will monitor and manage customer feedback and ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered across all departments.
What you’ll need
- Previous experience of managing in hotel or similar quality of venue
- Excellent communications skills written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to motivate a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrate a track record of managing a successful operation in the hospitality sector
