Restaurant and Bar Staff

We’re looking for Restaurant and Bar Team Member’s at the Opal Restaurant within the Radstone Hotel. Reporting directly to the Restaurant’s management team, you will be tasked with service of beverages and food to all guests whilst delivering first class customer service.

And as such as part of the service team you will be enthusiastic and willing to learn all aspects of service within the hotel. Primarily the role will be in food service in the Opal Restaurant. You will be involved in seating and greeting customers, taking orders, upselling, running with food and clearing and setting tables. The role may also involve making various cocktails, coffee’s and other beverages. You may also from time to time be asked to work within the functions team.

What you’ll need.

• Previous restaurant experience beneficial but not essential
• Excellent communications skills
• Positive and “can do” attitude
• Professionally presented
• Availability for mix of midweek, evening and weekends to suit business needs
