Restaurant Manager

Full-Time (40 Hours)

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to effectively lead the Restaurant Team and service in the 1906 Restaurant at the Royal Hotel . You will be tasked with ensuring we deliver on RAD Hotel Group’s service standards and positive customer feedback whilst ensuring we drive cover and revenue targets set by the Management Team.

As such, as Restaurant Manager you will ensure that all guests receive an exceptional experience within the Restaurant. You will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and an ability to motivate your team. Our Restaurant Manager will have a passion for customer service and ensuring we meet and exceed our guests expectations.

Note: This role will also involve covering Duty Manager shifts.

What you’ll need.

• Previous experience in supervising or managing a team
• Previous experience in similar quality of restaurant or hotel
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Customer service skills
• Keeps up to industry food and drink trends
• Self motivated and able to motivate and develop a team
